United States History II

Welcome to United States History II. The nation in which we live has deep roots. By taking a closer look at what we as a people have experienced, we can better prepare ourselves for future decisions - based on our understanding of the past.
Over the next nine months we will cover a large portion of U.S. history from the late 1800's to the 1940's. This class will cover many different aspects of U.S. history during this time with the predominant theme being our nation's evolution into the modern world and our internal evolution, both good and bad. With a better understanding of our history, we can see more clearly into the future.
History is the memory of things said and done.
