The theme in English will be based in the Human Experience for the year.
By using a variety of literature, students will investigate a range of experiences that make up the whole person.
Some of the experiences we will read and discuss in class are compassion, how to manage anger, repercussions of choices, helping community, and living in, as well as being secluded from, society.
All of these topics are designed to create a student who thinks about his or her choices for a minute, an hour, a year, and a lifetime.
