Mrs. Abigail Tomsho

Mrs. Tomsho assists the Director in the operation of the Monroe Career & Technical Institute. She has the responsibility of teacher supervision, evaluation and also oversees all curriculum development and instruction for the programs at MCTI. Mrs. Tomsho manages and monitors the performance of staff directly responsible for providing special education programs. She ensures compliance with all matters relevant to local, state and federal special education procedures, regulations, and law.
