The Business and Hospitality Management Program focuses on a wide variety of instruction
associated with careers in the business and hospitality fields. The program prepares individuals to
perform one or more business and hospitality functions such as selling, pricing, promotion (including social media), product/service management, distribution, financing, guest services, front office operations, facilities management, resort management and marketing information management. In addition, this program includes varying emphasis on technical knowledge of products and/or services marketed; related communications, economics, technological and computational skills; and abilities and attitudes associated with human relations. The program may also include management functions associated with owning and operating a business.
