    This class is tailored to all levels of experience. Students will start with getting to know the trade tools and safety. Preventative maintenance (PM) will be covered and help explain why a PM schedule is so critical to keeping a facility running efficiently.
    Each section of this program will start with a theory lesson, although the primary focus will be hands-on training. Classes in commercial plumbing, heating, and electric systems will prepare students to enter the workforce or enhance their current career. System troubleshooting, control wiring, motor replacement, sheetrock repair, painting, and woodworking will also be covered. Additional topics will include fire detection, facility retrofits, and hazardous waste/containment. As time allows we will take off the floor questions about things coming up in your day to day work place. The instructor will help get you to the right answer to solve your problem.
