This program is for those who seek a re-certification from PA Department of Transportation as an inspection mechanic. Will join an existing state inspection class for the first two nights. During this time the student will be given a refresher and shown all new updates. At the end of second night instructor will guide the student through the online enrollment process and shown how to take the online test. Students must have a current state inspection license, current driver’s license and students must bring a valid credit card for online payment. This course is to help the student understand the basic fundamentals of baking and pastry arts. The topics that we cover are quick breads, puddings, dessert sauces, meringues, mousses, fruit desserts, pizza and cookies, just to name a few. At the completion of this course the student will be prepared to use these skills in a food production establishment.
